Notes: Finally slept till around 630a and felt better. Headed out for a 2 mi run and this time was able to run the whole thing. Cool and gray, ran to Walmart for few things (the blue car caught my eye), took a bath. Sun came out later but still only low 60s. Went to pool for a bit. Meditation in afternoon and dozed a little. Quiet evening.
