Notes: Initial text from Joe that his email wasn't working. Called him and got that working again tho was quite stressful and held that for awhile. This beautiful home and wreath on the dog walk route is one I admire each time I go by. Back quite still and small spasms this morning - feeling quite limiting and Barney pulling was tight/sore. Stopped at the Gulf Publix on the way back but didn't get anything. Spent some late morning time on the beach after watching a long video from Phil Godlewski (#3 of 3 on what really happened with Germany/Hitler/the war - quite interesting how many things we've been lied to about. Made my faux pizza, went out for sunset.
