Seed heads

A dull start, then sun and cloud and for awhile blue sky and sun.

Good news the engineer phoned this morning, checked the green box in the road and found the fault, phone restored by 9am, happy customer!  Had a chat with my friend, coffee and then went for a long walk.  So much to see and not many people around, think they were all shopping!  Came home, had lunch and finished a book I was reading.  Watched Strictly, they were all good but pleased with the result.  Not saying who it was in case anyone hasn't seen it!
Didn't know which photo to choose for blip as there were a few I liked. Couldn't believe seeing some dog roses out and loved the rust. There were boats, airplane and a lovely cow, the walk really cheered me up.
The news that we are in tier 4 is worrying, wish it had been done sooner
