Jab
You could be forgiven for thinking this is a shot of the embers of the day but in fact it was just before nine o'clock, this morning. I was walking back from the GP's, having had my flu jab.
I think it's the first one I've ever had, actually. My mild dislike of needles combined with the fact I've only ever had flu twice - wiped out for a day or two each time - has meant it never seemed worth it. I guess my takeaway from C19, or one of them, is that it's not all about me.
Hopefully the next vaccine I get will be the one to combat the current coronavirus. Maybe those are blue skies ahead.
