Daemon Christmas Tree

I finally got round to creating the woodpecker for the Christmas tree, joined by last year’s squirrel and pine marten (not a red panda). There will be no one save ourselves to miscall any of these creatures this year so that is a bonus. They all look wonderful in the blip thanks to the effect of the fairy lights. Minus the head the woodpecker would also pass for a badger, maintaining the woodland theme.
Not much else to be said about today, supermarket very quiet even at peak time this morning. The chatty checkout operator said they are staying open until midnight for the next five days, in her experience there is virtually no traffic after about 8pm. 
Tomato, onion, and mozzarella tart for supper with winter slaw including pomegranate seeds followed by the final episode of His Dark Materials and then Michael Palin in the Himalayas.
