For today's MonoMonday theme with thanks to carolinav for hosting MonoMonday this December.

Yay, today it's the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere (Happy Yule!) and we can finally look forward to a bit more light every day (although it also means winter has begun and that's not my favourite season).

We had a sudden water outage in the whole village this afternoon and that's when you realise how dependent we are on streaming water from the tap ! Fortunately it did get resolved pretty quickly.

Jack is three months old today and his 100th day is next week :-)

And our very Secret Santa project has just arrived from afar and looks pretty amazing (I'll show it on Christmas Day!)
