Chalkwell Panorama.

This is what today looked like.  I glimpsed the sun from indoors and dashed out for this and a quick walk round the park then passing Aldi I thought I would see what it looked like for a spot of shopping.  Staff working really hard to re-stock shelves but it wasn't too bad.  I feared a bit of panic buying would start again but maybe most people had already  bought too much and now had more than they needed on their hands with a reduced number of guests at their Xmas table. 
Had a chat with Mum's Care Home regarding plans for Xmas Day - no phone calls on the day.  I back them up completely with this.  They want to give their "guests" an exclusive house party atmosphere with present unwrapping, games, singing and a feast of a traditional dinner without the interruptions all day from phone calls.  Family presents have to be dropped off tomorrow to "quarantine" them for 72 hours.   Glad I phoned - now I have a job to do this evening!  Had a telephone chat with Mum - she loves Xmas and is looking forward to it.
