Tree Dance
The bitter easterly wind relented enough this morning to allow a brisk walk through the woodland without freezing to death. There was even a touch of sunshine between the snow flurries.
I like the way these trees, adjacent to the tidal pond at Wooton, are twisted into shapes which make them seem to be dancing. Many of the leaves are still stubbornly refusing to fall off the trees.
Next job is to dig out the slow Cooker and prepare a comfort food beef stew made with local fresh meat -no horses.
