Christmas baking!
The production of ‘A Christmas Carol’ last night was excellent. A bit of a glitch to begin as the site crashed but we were in by 7.30 and as your ticket last 48 hrs it didn’t really matter. The traditional story but all the actors signed as they performed and some of them were clearly hearing impaired.
This morning I had a lovely FaceTime with Eda and Grace. Eda was ‘ helping ‘ to make Christmas biscuits. I was rapidly taking screen shots of her covered in flour and then decorating the Christmas trees befire they went in the oven ( and eating the decorations!)
When she finished she joined Jude on the floor under the Jungle Gym!
Later Grace What’s app’d me a picture of the finished biscuits which had been iced with Eda’s help too. They look yummy*
Yesterday Jude was 3 months old and she spent some of it on the Avon Valley Railway Christmas special. Our tea man came early yesterday as he was going in the Worth Valley Elf Express, I expect this was the equivalent.
I now know why Eda was so excited yesterday, she saw the man himself! Extra
*By the magic of Christmas I got to taste one later in the afternoon, delicious!
