The old place

A whistle out to see the old folks - and the grandparents too. I’d left it a bit late to get wreaths - Riccarton garden centre were sold out, so flowers it had to be.
Then a scoot via a favourite shopping place before getting back to wrap and wrap. And then I had a beer. I’ve been enjoying beer rather a lot this December - I blame the advent beer calendar. You open a door and there’s a beer. Well, obviously you could stick at that, and you certainly can’t open another door, but I do have a little supply. 
Later, the A4 Pensioner Club Christmas knees up; another zoom affair where the beer came in handy. Though MMcC was a bit domineering and LC started the longest winded ever story which had me wishing we had Graham Norton’s red chair. And we had a quiz - I was amazed to find I still remembered what BXLE and CLM instructions were for. Yep. Still got it.
