Crowded skyline

The area where I work is being redeveloped. The biggest site is one that was previously occupied by parts of the Middlesex Hospital.

There are loads of cranes in action and the concrete lorries still arrive in droves every day. The builders have had to keep the facade of the old building intact and it stands, looking very fragile and supported by lots of scaffolding on the right of the picture. The huge facade still says 'The Middlesex Hospital and Meyerstein Institute of Radio-therapy'. I'm not sure how it will be incorporated into the new building that is emerging from the empty site.
