Grotto

We have a mini grotto just now and it’s just as well as my intended ‘mint sauce’ blip looks a bit grotty - I’ll post it as an Extra anyway, comments welcome! Have to say that it tasted good though, despite its colour. We’d met up for lunch with the Mackies (again!) before they headed back up North. Indian nosh this time, first since heaven knows when but very good. It really hit the spot so we might go back .. oh wait, no we can’t. Maybe in a couple of months. The mint sauce wasn’t mine by the way, I was just being friendly and helping out by finishing off MrsM’s chicken tandoori.
