Selfless cake testing ..

You know I mentioned the other day about my cake testing ? Well I obviously do it for research purposes.. you know I said I had to do two batches of fairy cakes (cup cakes to my friends across the pond) .. well I had to do another batch .. my name is Jane and I’m a pig . Little snowflakes are made by rolling out fondant icing paste and using little stamp thingies... it takes practice so I had to keep eating the broken ones .....

Thank you all so very much for the well wishes to do with Eves nose . She is incredibly grateful to read such lovely things and also she wants to tell you that it isn’t as painful as it looks , it’s just a bit uncomfortable xxxxxx
