Cold and still

The frost and ice remained all day, no wind and the river running still and low. Ducks everywhere, including a moorhen which I don't usually see. I think the pair in the blip are the usual mallards, I didn't notice them until I had downloaded the photo. 
So we have some sort of post Brexit trade deal - I was in the park during the press conference. Extremely disappointing that the UK will no longer be part of the Erasmus exchange programme. And that's just the start. Oh well.
