Almost Freezing

Another day when I haven't really felt fully present to the world, just a bit detached. Unlike me to have so little energy. It's the Ilkley Moor Fell Race tomorrow and I'm trying to decide whether I should run or not. It could either wipe me out completely or be just the tonic I need. I've no idea what to do! I took a walk on the moor to try to find inspiration but it never really came. Another very grey and cold day here. A little bit of sunshine would certainly help.

Results of yesterday's caption competition put back a day because I've run out of time before heading out to watch "Chasing Ice" at the Cubby Broccoli in Bradford ... so still time to contribute. Review of the film tomorrow. I've heard great things.
