Watching....

I know I’m not the only one, but it is quite sad to be on my own this Christmas. I hadn’t much food in so I decided to walk up to M&S and Tesco this morning. It took about forty five mins to get there but a lot longer getting home as my bag was heavy...but I’ve clocked up the steps.

I added to the step count as Pat and I went for a walk this afternoon. I was aiming for twenty thousand but I’m about two thousand short...and aching legs lol.
