Window Wander

A bit of winter sunshine this morning so I had a catch up with a cycle club friend on a ride out to deliver a Christmas card to Otley. It felt like a holiday with the amount of families out enjoying a walk, a sign of the times when there's little else to do. It started to rain as we were coming back over the moor to Shipley Glen, and our feet we're pretty chilled but it was a lovely morning out and good to get some air after a long day at work yesterday.

This evening I had planned a wander round the Saltaire Living Advent Calendar windows with out WI group. 2 groups of 6 headed out under a starry sky, stopping part way round for mince pies and mulled wine. We questioned why we had never arranged this previously but maybe we're all just too busy normally.
