Pantheon

We arrived in Rome around 3 and had a great first day (I am backblipping - already back home :-)) We arrived around 3 - checked into the hotel, which was great. I have a terrible reputation with the boys for always finding the worst hotels...I dont have lots of money for travelling and I would rather spend the money I have eating well and doing things than where I sleep - but this time I splurged a bit and it was lovely :-) We were in middle of the old city center and could walk everywhere....and we did - we walked miles :-)

On this first day we saw the Pantheon and Navona Plaza, we wandered around and ended up at the Spanish steps...and ate well....Italians know how to do food!

It was a lovely start to our days in Rome :-)
