Manuka

We walked from the Mt Roy car park down to the Millennium Track at the lake and turned left towards Damper Bay.  This will be the last time we do this for at least a month.  We had the last spot in the car park which was first in line right next to the information board!  Someone must have started the climb early and finished early.  Anyway, the Kanuka and Manuka bushes are starting to flower and will look lovely soon.  Extra: a rather impressive thistle.  Possibly Shortcut Road to Reko’s Pt  for tomorrow’s walk.
