The Restaurant at the end of the Universe...

...or the last chai stop in India.

An 03.30 start this morning and 25 and a half hours' later we are home in Pembrokeshire and it is STILL SATURDAY! But it all went like clockwork: our driver Kannur to Kozhikode Airport was on time, so we arrived at Calicut in time for some chai (tea with spices and milk) and a fried ball of something unknown, but sweet and edible. Flight to Doha, on time, rapid transfer then flight to London, arrived early. Our car was waiting (thank you, Purple Parking) and six hours later we were scoffing fish pie in front of the log burner at home.

India was wonderful. Back to beautiful Pembrokeshire....
