Menagerie #2

Similar photo to my Dec 19 one, of a random collection of animals as yard decoration. This one was interesting because it had a real duck in it! This house is near a park that has a lake with lots of ducks on it, so I guess one of the ducks was more adventurous and chose to go forage for insects in the neighboring gardens.

I was excited to discover a new way to get down to this lake near our house because I thought it had all been shut off for a huge reconstruction project they began earlier this year. I had been missing the sight of water on my walks, so this was a real blessing!
