Just the Two of Us

We have been waiting all day for David’s COVID test results to come back. But there are delays because of the holidays and the overwhelming numbers of people getting tested. So we are probably not going to know till next year. Anyway, he has no symptoms and has been isolating since he first started to have some symptoms. We think it is just a cold but he had to get tested just to make sure.
The weather has been very wet and cold and windy, so I didn’t even get out today further than the curb to put out the trash and collect the mail!
Tonight will be a quiet night in for the two of us. We are grateful for God’s Presence, Provision and Protection over this past eventful year and look forward to a New Year!
