Scots Pine

The sunlight caught this as we walked back along the road.

A cold day made all the better when dressed up in case of rain, which it did. We walk along this stretch of road on a regular basis and today I tried to look at it with fresh eyes. The louring sky with occasional sun shine created a special feel to the atmosphere.

A good bracing walk to clear the cobwebs away, I can’t remember having so many relaxing (lazy) days in a row and now beginning to feel the benefit. The cats appear to enjoy the rest as well, it’s a pleasure to have all four in much of the time, we all agree it’s that time of the year.
