Snowdog

A very cold start followed by some wintry showers. Tom discovered a flat tyre on his car which refused all attempts to inflate it. Fortunately he still had time to fit in his gym session. 

We were surprised to find Dalby incredibly busy and found that the road to Staindale Lake had been closed due to snow. We fortunately found a route where we met only one couple until the valley where we had parked the car. Plenty of room for social distancing from children building snowmen or sledging. Conditions underfoot were not too bad but the car park where cars had compressed the snow was treacherous.

Liked this view at the top of the valley complete with a happy dog who loves the scents in the snow. Think we could be in for a cold snap.
