My Life With Luna

By chrisA

We had a brief glimpse of the sun this afternoon and a not very significant sunset on our walk earlier, but I do love that old tree.

It was an emergency visit to the vet this morning as I found a small growth on Luna's foot and also on one of her paws (both back feet).  Apparently they are Histiocytomas, and quite common in young dogs, they usually disappear in a couple of months or so but I will obviously be keeping an eagle eye on them.   I must admit that I panicked when I found them and took the emergency appointment to get her seen before the New Year.   Fortunately they don't bother Luna at all, and hope they disappear as quickly as they appeared.
