Going back in time

The Road Runners Club come to the rescue with stamps which are always fascinating. I’m tempted to start collect stamps again, after a very long time, but resist it as I’ve got enough stuff in my life!!! They will be passed onto one of the charities instead.

Our Christmas cards this year have arrived two at a time. Each day there would be two on the mat, with the exception of a Monday when there were 4, no delivery on a Sunday. One of today’s cards, from my cousin, was franked in Banff, Scotland, on the 13th Dec. 17 days to get here. I was wondering where it had got too, as I knew that it would include a letter with all the family news.
