Simplicity works

We needed to eat our pain au chocolat today so decided on eggs for breakfast. We often have poached or scrambled eggs, but I couldn’t remember the last time that we had boiled eggs. A tasty change.

A day of bits and pieces. 

Many parts of the country have severe rain or snow. We had grey skies with occasional showers.

Amber continues to make progress. She follows me like my shadow, as I’m in charge of food preparation and dishing out.
