Espuma

Our best friends from Washington arrived today for a week-long visit, so of course, we had to go out and celebrate. We started in Ixtapa, for wine and sunset viewing from the Lobby Bar at Las Brisas. Then is was back to Zihuatanejo for a fabulous dinner, along with more wine, at Espuma. We had dined with this same couple at sister restaurant Tentaciones during their last visit. The architecture is equally stunning and the food excellent, but what made the evening truly memorable was having such good friends across the table. I hardly noticed this spectacular view we were so engrossed with catching up since their last visit. I did manage to capture the lights of the city, along with some of the palapa roof, as we left the restaurant many hours, and much wine, later.
