Derelict Sunday on a Thursday! (T3 -D2)

The boss joined me on my walk this morning, and we out and  heading up the hill by 9am, the constant flow of water and the hardest frost of the winter so far meant we struggled to stay up right.

This property has recently changed hands, the previous owner apparently had spent many £1000's trying (unsucessfully) to gain planning permission for a hotel / wedding venue.  It was so overgrown up until recently that I've never really seen the full extent of the property.

Met a couple of people on our way, which as we rarely speak to anyone beyond our bubble at the moment was an added bonus. 

I forgot to memntion yesterday, we moved to Tier 3 from T2
