Good-Bye 2020

This is the picture Nico painted for her 'official' school Christmas card (a great fund-raising idea, who could refuse to buy their child's individual creation).

I think this is quite a good image for this year's festive season - a slightly perplexed looking penguin?  Well, she's only five.

It seems to be trying to say something - let's assume it's Bye-bye 2020, and Welcome to 2021.

Hope you all have a good one, whatever you are doing. We are home alone, but we'll open the door at midnight to let the old year out and the new year in, and who knows, maybe we'll hear the sound of the pipes from somewhere in the valley.
