The Kremlin

I have a complete fascination for this building.  Quarry House, Leeds - aka The Kremlin. It opened in 1993 at a cost - then - of £55m.  It's the Leeds office of Department of Work and Pensions, and now also houses the National team of NHS England - I believe around 2,000 people work there (in normal times).
As we were in Leeds this afternoon we had to go and have a look.  I Blipped it back in 2016 - and if you look at my extra, very sadly all that landscaping has gone - now it's just a massive building site - see my new extra. 
I guess someone will tell me it will be better when it's all finished - I await the outcome.....
