The Boys

Very strange New Year. Up till midnight for the bells but in bed. Mr P sound asleep by 11.15pm. Woke up without a Hogmanay hangover for the first time in about 40 years! We usually meet up with our Curry Club friends on NYE and on NYD we all go for a walk and then spend the day together around the fire. Solo walk around the 3 bridges instead today (very slippy underfoot) and then helped son no 3 pack for his 6 months stay in Rotterdam. We had a family Indian takeaway in the evening. Getting up again at 3.30am to take him to Edinburgh Airport! We’re going to miss him. Happy New Year everyone!
