So Here We Sat

So here we sat as the new year arrived and the past year was packed asunder. In our house it’s tradition, more so for my wife, but also for me in a simpler way, to leave the past behind and to embrace the future. Today amidst the cultural German meal of luck, we quietly, in our own pandemic way said our good riddance to 2020, and a prayerful welcome to 2021!
