Christmas Day Walk

Well normally we would go to Church after opening stockings, but not this year so I took the kids on a nice muddy walk instead. I was quite shocked how much water was lying around and how boggy even the higher ground was.

John came over for the main event of opening the tree presents (allowed in T4 as we are his support bubble). The kids were really chuffed with their haul (despite most of it being stuff they needed). They both got Alexa's and much to W's delight he got his much desired drone. C is similarly pleased with a 'voucher' for dance stuff not normally paid for by us.

Dinner was lovely, all care of Tesco. All for an easy Christmas meal. Kids, Jim and John played Sorry after.

All in all, considering the circumstances, it was a very pleasant day.
