Culmstock Beacon

I took the christmas decorations down today, The grandchildren wanted to have an adventure - so I met E. in the car park half way up the hill at the end of the day to walk up to the beacon. To them the adventure was to watch the sun go down - but it was cloudy....and come back in the dark with torches.  I can't imagine such  simple activities will be classed as "adventures " for very much longer! ( and so they shouldn't) 
B. is camera shy and avoids them at all costs!
