Crackling Loch Cuin

A beautiful day with a white covering from the hard frost and clear blue sky with an almost blinding sunshine.

John was giving a helping hand in the community orchard and I grabbed a lift over there and walked back. A number of villagers had the same idea to be out in the sun with pedestrians and cars to greet and wave to.

It’s not often the loch is covered like this, it was fascinating to stand and stare out onto it, to listen to the movement and crackling sounds. I had both cameras and enjoyed playing with the Fuji although notice it’s a capture from the Panasonic (compact) in the main bf.
