Soup

Made chestnut and brussels sprout soup with the remnants of Christmas past - surprisingly tasty! In the middle of making a veggie shepherd's pie which seems promising. Only error was to accidentally use the fine grater on our newfangled food processor. I honestly never knew you could shred mushrooms so tiny! Managed to sneak in some washing up and me time too so not a bad day all in all.

And the rain has now turned to hail, coating everything outside in what looks like frog spawn...
