Sunday: Fort Langley Facilities

We made a flask of coffee, packed up a small lunch, and drove to Fort Langley to walk part of the Fort-to-Fort Trail which we had been told was worth a visit.  We’ve been to Fort Langley but hadn’t done the trail.  We walked about 8km and will do the rest another time.  Even the toilets were rustically picturesque.

It was my turn to cook tonight.  I say that in the loosest sense.  K. does 99.9% of the cooking, if not more.  The exception being when she’s concussed and P&J bring us food.  Anyway, I used to cook more and recently declared that I was going to do so again.  We’ll see how long that lasts but, for now, we had pasta in a herb mushroom sauce.

And here endeth the Christmas/New Year break.  Back to work tomorrow.  It’ll be alright once I’m back in it.
