When in doubt...

Pull out the macro and blip household items!

The weather was awful today and it prevented me from getting any quality blip time. I decided to pursue and inside macro blip today. As the title says, I was not sure what to shoot so I started looking at random household items.

This shot is a close up of a cheese grater. I thought that the curve shapes were pleasing. I played around with aperture and shot this both with a very small aperture (increased depth of field) and wide open (narrow depth of field). Ironically, my favorite shot was this one which was somewhere in the middle.

No photoshopping here, just basic saturation, contrast and brightness
