Wishful thinking

We have decided we’ll make some plans for camper van jaunts. Dates are flexible. Well there are no dates, but we can read and dream.

Our 84 year old neighbour got carted off in an ambulance this morning. He’s had appalling back pain for weeks and now can’t walk. Previous hospital visits couldn’t find anything wrong. His wife can’t drive but of course we can’t take her to visit as visitors are not allowed. The ambulance man said he’d be brought home tonight after an MRI as there’s too much Covid in the hospital.

The First Minister is clear and concise and fast to act. Our PM is waiting till 8 pm before spluttering his latest regrets. It’s all about him. How sad he is. How sorry he is. Just be like Nicola and say what had to be said.
