Carrot Cake

It’s been a cold damp day here. This morning I met my friend with her wee girls, my Grandchums, for a walk and play with Geordie, my dog. It was great to see them since we can’t meet indoors this is the only thing we can do at the moment.
I was back in time to listen to Nicola Sturgeon announce the very necessary new lockdown restrictions.
Then felt the urge to bake cheer myself up. So carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was made. Now I must share it before I eat it all myself.
