A walk in the woods

A very slow lazy start to the day followed by packaging up Christmas pressies to post to my sons and grandchildren. Had I known back when I bought the presents that I couldn’t get together with my family during the holidays I might have chosen differently. Oh my goodness! The Postage was ouch!
We had planned to meet up for a picnic and dog walk to exchange presents, which would have been within the guidelines, but it all changed. So I don’t actually know when I will be able to see them.
In the afternoon Geordie and I had a great walk in the woods. He chased two deer but gave up quite quickly and ran back to me so pleased with himself. We both love the woods.
