Gone for repairs

We had set aside a tidy sum in anticipation of the repairs required for the knocking noise in the truck’s engine. We were advised not to drive it to our mechanics so a flat bed arrived just before 08:00 to transfer it into Rick’s capable hands.

I got home from my office a few hours later not sure if I wanted to hear the prognosis. It turned out to be a loose plug, which cost all of R48 to replace.

Good news for both the truck and our bank balance.
