Feeling loved

I had suggested over the weekend that we got fish and chips for lunch yesterday and sit by the five rise locks to eat them. We discovered though that the fish and chip shop didn’t open on a Monday lunchtime!

So today Mr H decided that we should still indulge so we ordered fish, chips and a scone each from Webster’s in Baildon and sat in the van in the car park on Baildon moor and tucked in! It felt very decadent and like a real treat and I am very pleased we did it.

However I forgot to take a photo of the view so this is an evening snap of the flowers I got yesterday. They brighten up the house now all the decorations are put away until next Christmas.
