Natto is one of those dishes, much like marmite, that divides communities. You either love it or hate it.

A type of fermented soybean, unique for its stickiness, smell, and flavour. The natto yeast added to soybeans for fermentation causes the beans to become sticky and produce strings of natto with a pungent smell.

If you can get beyond that it’s actually quite tasty. Given the nutritional benefits I’m going to add it to my regular diet.
