Dark mornings

I was back to work yesterday. It wasn’t as bad as I was expecting and I am making a commitment to myself to not let myself get back into some bad habits. I do feel anxious again about this lockdown and big changes coming at work. With my daughter back in her student house she’ll be locking down there now so just the 3 of us this time.

This morning I noticed these shadows on the front window and the blue light from the fish tank made an unusual image.

Ready for another day ... when I finally wake up!
