Bright

Bright sunshine this morning so we took a walk along the north foreshore.  It was bitingly cold and the playground was more or less deserted. It takes an hour and a half to walk down to the shore and back and it was the best exercise that we have had for a while. We hosted a focus group this evening on Zoom and are now watching on TV the terrible scenes in Washington.
