Dark Day

What a distressing, disturbing day. We're still listening to the congressional proceedings, well after midnight, and glad that they're going forward after all that happened in the afternoon. Looks like they may continue for some time. My own mind is buzzing with tiredness... so here's a shot I snapped from the deck when I went out to retrieve the bird feeders. A neighbor's house, built a couple years ago, is visible under the dark sky. You can see we have no streetlights up here.
