Sneachd agus ceòthach

The snow, of sorts, finally arrived and with it a slight rise in temperature so the weekly shop was straightforward enough. I have switched to the smaller Morrisons which is almost always quieter than the larger one in Newlands. At the moment I will accept less choice in exchange for what feels like better COVID mitigation.
It was also misty/foggy which is perhaps the best way to view the world at the moment. We were engrossed in Traces last night and missed the terrible happenings unfolding in the Capitol until early this morning.
I finally motivated myself to get back on track with some Gaelic and revised my least favourite unit on the weather – hence to today’s title, snow and misty – sneachd agus ceòthach.
