A old co-worker friend invited me to his birthday gathering at a place in Dallas called Craft & Growler. It's a joint across from Fair Park, where you can buy growlers to-go with many great local Texas beers, and a few others. No macro beers, and no imports. You can also pull up a 'can' and sit on their keg stools at the bar or sit on some benches for a pint or 'flight,' which consists of 4 'you-call-it' beers from the tap wall.

Great time with old friends, but also a cool place too. I wouldn't say it's worth driving from Fort Worth, but if you've got a group and time to kill in Dallas, do it.
